FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing. Proposed reactor comprises at least one chamber with trapped vortex shaped and sized so that fluid primary flow through reactor is sufficient for causing vortex circulation in said chamber irrespective of whatever air-fuel mix flow from pre-mixer. The latter is arranged at reactor with combustion chamber with trapped vortex so that said outlet allows feed of air-fuel mix directly into said chamber with trapped vortex and so that air-fuel mix gets in said chamber at the angle tangential to circulating flow. Inlet pre-mixer incorporates multiple ring elements of aerodynamic shape located in one plane. Said elements are arranged ahead of said reactor with trapped vortex and can be axially leveled in flow path. Every ring element has inner fuel channel and extra multiple fuel injection bores so that fuel flows from inner channel in fluid inlet flow nearby it. Every pair of ring elements make a circular channel between them. Circular cowl is arranged directly behind inlet pre-mixer and ahead of reactor to make the nozzles and to accelerate premixed air-fuel mix flowing from pre-mixer.
EFFECT: perfected design, homogeneous air-fuel mix, reduced harmful emissions.
