FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: method of stage change in fuel supply during operation of the reactor with the combustion chamber with trapped vortex having at least one cavity with the trapped vortex, at that the reactor with the combustion chamber with the trapped vortex additionally comprises an inlet device for preliminary mixing which provides mixing fuel and air and adding the air-fuel mixture in the main reactor inlet with the combustion chamber with the trapped vortex, and at least one swirling device for preliminary mixing, which ensures mixing of fuel and air and adding the air-fuel mixture directly to at least one similar cavity with the trapped vortex in the reactor with the combustion chamber with the trapped vortex. The inlet device for preliminary mixing comprises a plurality of concentric coplanar annular elements with aerodynamic shape, located upstream the main inlet opening, aligned in the axial direction within the flow channel. Each annular element has an inner channel for fuel, and additionally has a plurality of openings for the fuel injection, as a result the fuel flows from the internal channel into the inlet flow of the fluid medium near the ring. Between each two annular elements an annular channel is formed. The rings are additionally adapted whereby the openings for fuel injection are oriented for injecting fuel at an angle having an absolute value of from about 0° to about 90° relative to the axial direction. A plurality of openings for fuel injection has different diameters, which have different magnitudes. Each of the values is selected to provide a predetermined range of ratio of the instantaneous flows of fuel and air. The swirling device for preliminary mixing comprises openings for injecting fuel and for the air intake, a chamber in which fuel and air are mixed, and the opening for discharging the air-fuel mixture. A device for preliminary mixing is connected to the reactor with the combustion chamber with trapped vortex so that the outlet opening provides the input of air-fuel mixture directly into the reaction cavity with the trapped vortex, and so that the air-fuel mixture is injected into the cavity with the trapped vortex at an angle that the air-fuel mixture is connected to the vortex flow around codirectionally with the vortex flow. The method also comprises adjusting the parts of the air-fuel mixture injected through the inlet device for preliminary mixing, and the vortex device for preliminary mixing, for adapting to different loads during operation of the reactor with the combustion chamber with the trapped vortex.
EFFECT: invention is directed at providing by the device of preliminary mixing of the uniform distribution of fuel in the cross-sectional area of the inlet opening of the combustion chamber, obtaining a homogeneous air-fuel mixture, reducing the dimensions of the area for preliminary mixing and reduction of the level of harmful emissions.
