FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-plant canned food out of hydrobionts for cosmic nutrition. The suggested variants deal with preparing the formula components: one should chop new white cabbage, freeze it and reduce, also, it is necessary to reduce pickled cucumbers, greens, sea cucumber meat and pork. Carrots, onions and meadow mushrooms should be cut, fried in melted butter and reduced. Wheat flour should be fried. The processes of reduction should be fulfilled upon a roller. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with tomato paste, sugar, common salt, citric acid, hot black pepper, Jamaica pepper, laurel leaf, bone broth and CO2-extracts of the preset type of mycromycete biomass and pyrolysis wood. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to obtain canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
