FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely composite sintered products, possibly manufacture of radial bearing units of modular sections of submerged centrifugal pumps for oil production.
SUBSTANCE: sleeve for radial sliding bearing unit of shaft includes housing made of porous matrix formed from sintered powder material and having pores at least partially filled with impregnation material on base of metal whose heat conductance exceeds that of matrix material. Central opening of housing is formed with possibility of arranging shaft in it. Working part of sleeve has at least two mutually separated friction members made of sintered powder material whose strength and(or) wear resistance and(or) heat resistance exceed those values of material of sleeve housing. Friction members are joined with housing by means of impregnation material and they form respective portions of friction surface of sleeve.
EFFECT: improved operational reliability, increased useful time period of sleeve and of radial bearing unit, enhanced manufacturability of structure.
