FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: pad thrust of axial hydrodynamic bearing of submersible drive pump unit for oil extraction contains of contacting and bearing elements. Contacting and bearing elements are implemented of sintered porous metallic powder material, pores of which are filled by impregnating material, allowing thermal conduction, and also plasticity and/or elasticity which is more, than allows mentioned sintered powder material. Contacting and bearing elements are connected to each other by means of impregnating material with providing of ability to pass to bearing element energies from the side of contact element through impregnating material. Bearing element is made of material with higher durability and/or hardness, than material of contact element, and/or porosity of sintered material of bearing element is less than porosity of sintered material of contact element.
EFFECT: increasing of durability and reliability of unit pump at the expense of providing effective heat rejection from friction surfaces of bearing in conditions of reduced diametral clearance at saving of structural durability and endurance of pad thrust without essential increasing of its cost price.
