FIELD: tube production, namely tube cutting by means of flying shearing apparatuses, possibly cutting fixed tubes.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes drum with gear wheel and with disc chuck mounted with possibility of rotation in carriage; mechanism for axial and cross motions of tool. Tool is in the form of cutters mounted with possibility of cross motion in guides of disc chuck for cutting tubes and for simultaneously chamfering their end. Said mechanism is in the form of ring of gear transmission and it is mounted with possibility of rotation by means of drum. Said gear wheel is in the form of two halves mounted in the same drive shaft with possibility of separate rotation one relative to other or with possibility of common rotation due to action of pneumatic drive upon friction clutches. One half of gear wheel engages with drum; its other half engages with ring of gear transmission. Gear ratio values of gear transmission, of drum and ring are different ones. Cutters are provided with rack and they engage with ring of gear transmission through gear wheels. Apparatus includes mechanisms for clamping tube and nozzles for cooling cutters and removing cuttings operating simultaneously at feeding air to friction clutches.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of apparatus.
