FIELD: cutting fixed tubes. SUBSTANCE: carriage of proposed device holds drum with gear and chuck plate in whose guides cutting tools are located. Mechanism of their axial and transversal motion is made in form of ring of gear train and levers mounted on drum. One end of each lever is connected with respective cutting tool and second end is connected with said ring. Gear of gear train consists of two halves: one half is engageable with gear of drum and second half is engageable with ring of gear train. EFFECT: increased productivity. 2 cl, 2 dwg
