SUBSTANCE: the former has a feeding mechanism having a pressure roller, glue application mechanism having a glue applying roller, and an assembly mechanism with a lifting table. The glue application and pressure rollers are installed oppositely with a clearance between them, and the lifting table of the assembly mechanism is installed on a movable carriage for rotation relative to its axis.

EFFECT: simplified construction of the former, enhanced convenience in operation.
