FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to glued wooden structures. In a method for manufacturing a structural material, which includes preparing, assembling in a package and gluing several layers of laths, laying laths in each layer at a distance from each other at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the material and mirror in relation to the laths in adjacent rows of laths, when assembling the structural material, additional outer and inner layers of a package of peeled veneer sheets with the direction of the wood fibers along the longitudinal axis of the material, on which, before assembly, glue is applied on one side to the outer and on both sides to the inner veneer sheets, while the inner veneer sheets are laid between each layer of laths, deployed at an angle of 10-80° to the longitudinal axis of the material.
EFFECT: simplifying the assembly and gluing of the product, reducing the consumption of glue, improving the decorative and operational properties of the front surfaces of the structural material, improving the quality and reducing the cost of finished products.
