FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: shaper contains the feeder, the mechanism of drawing of glue and the assemblage mechanism. The feeder contains elastic press roller with knifes established on its radius. The mechanism of drawing of glue contains the gum applicating roller, and the gum applicating roller is established with possibility of regulation of its position concerning the elastic press roller. The assemblage mechanism contains the elevating table executed with possibility of turn concerning its axis and supplied with the slide, ensuring its reverse longitudinal travel. The shaper contains directing, defining position of sheet of a material which are established at elastic press drum on a circle arc.

EFFECT: increase of mechanisation of plywood assemblage process, decrease of amount of the applied equipment.
