FIELD: heat-insulation materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of building materials and can be used in manufacture of hydrophobic heat-insulation mineral-wool materials with binder. In composition according to invention, content of glass wool is 39.3-73.6% and that of binder 1,3-6,2% (the rest being water). Binder is an organomineral one in the form of 5-10% water emulsion of oil-field waste formed in production and transportation of crude oil.
EFFECT: reduced sorption humidity and water absorption of fibers and also increased water-strengthening of materials based on mineral and glass fibers.
