FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to derivative of 3H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridine of formula (IIA) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where E denotes -CH2-; Q is -CH2- or -CH2O-; Z is hydrogen; or Z denotes phenyl or pyridinyl, any of these groups may optionally contain one substitute selected from C1-C6-alkoxy group and aminocarbonyl; R11 denotes hydrogen; R15 denotes a halogen or difluoromethoxy group; and R16 denotes halogen. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of formula (IIA), use thereof and a method of treating and/or preventing rheumatoid arthritis or Crohn's disease.
EFFECT: obtaining novel heterocyclic compounds having the properties of a TNFα activity modulator person.
