FIELD: mechanical engineering, namely, rolling bearings used in supporting units, working under conditions of high temperatures and high dustiness, for example in supporting units of coke furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: rolling bearing with solid lubrication anti-friction filler contains external and internal rings with rolling tracks, rolling bodies positioned between them, held by separator on rolling tracks. All cavities between external and internal rings, running tracks and rolling bodies are filled with solid lubrication anti-friction filler. As solid lubrication anti-friction filler, polymer anti-friction material based on polytetrafluorethylene. Polymer anti-friction material as fibrous filler contains from 5 to 15 percents of mass of poly-oxy-diasol heat-resistant fiber. Poly-oxy-diasol heat-resistant fiber is used as net, felting, cloth, filament or cut filament, cut cloth of twill weave, plain weave or rep weave. Length of cut filament of poly-oxy-diasol heat-resistant fiber is selected ranging from 3 to 40 millimeters. Area of pieces of cut cloth of poly-oxy-diasol heat-resistant fiber is selected from 0,6 cm2 to 16 cm2.
EFFECT: increased reliability, durability and heat resistance during operation under effect from high temperatures and high dustiness; decreased intensiveness of linear wear of rolling bodies; increased strength limit during compression and increased impact toughness of solid lubrication anti-friction filler.
