SUBSTANCE: the projectile has an impact-time fuse and a non-isotropic fragmentation warhead consisting of launching blocks, each of them has a body with an explosive charge and a fragmentation plate. The projectile is provided with an axial carrying beam, and the launching blocks have the shape of a parallelepiped and are made of two types, the launching blocks of the first type are positioned on the axial carrying beam at definite distances from one another, and the launching blocks of the second type are placed on the axial carrying beam and are hinge-joined to the ribs of the launching blocks of the first type for their opening and fixing in the opened position with the aid of mechanical and pyrotechnical systems.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the affecting action due to imparting of a rational shape to the bundle of the affecting elements and an optimal directivity during the flight to the target.
