FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition, namely: to the hand grenade launchers anti-personnel particle grenades. Grenade contains a warhead consisting of an axial rod and several longitudinal projectile blocks. These blocks are articulated to the rod front part and form a hollow cylinder in the cross section surrounding the axial shaft and are connected to umbrella device for the blocks rotation into position perpendicular to the rod axis. Projectile block features cross-section shaped to incomplete sector. Said block contains an explosive charge, a layer of ready damaging elements on the block outer surface and a detonator. This detonator is located in the block front part with the possibility of connection to the trajectory-impact fuse. Radius of external cylindrical surface of the block can be expanded compared to radius of the grenade shell. Trajectory-impact fuse structure includes a switch for several types of action. Switch enables, at least, the warhead opening and trajectory detonation, trajectory detonation without opening, impact detonation without opening. Longitudinal projectile blocks are configured to radially rotate about the their fixation point of the axial rod in such a way that the section of each projectile block cross-section projection area on a plane perpendicular to the grenade longitudinal axis is 0.3…0.6 of its maximum value.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the grenade action effectiveness.
