The edge is located around common rotation axis. Internal and external surfaces of this resonator are displaced relative to each other along the rotation axis in such a manner that thickness E exceeds thickness e near pole 2 along ring-shaped edge 4.
EFFECT: increased modal weight with relatively low working frequency being retained; simplified processing method.
