SUBSTANCE: method involves applying stable contact action to cervical vertebral column segment above the spinous processes from C₁ to C₇ vertebrae with red infrared radiation and low intensity magnetic field using apparatus with magnetic head piece. Red radiation wavelength is equal to 660-675 nm and power density 0.8-1.0 mW/cm², infrared radiation wavelength is equal to 840-950 nm and power density 1.5 mW/cm², magnetic field intensity equal to 20 mTesla units and irradiation area equal to 10 cm². A procedure is 10 min long with 15 procedures administered per treatment course.

EFFECT: improved vision acuity; normalized cerebral blood vessel tone.
