FIELD: seed and grain cleaning equipment used in agricultural engineering, agro-industrial complex, flour-milling, elevator and grain storage, and also concentrates industry.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic system for grain and seed cleaning machine has feeding hopper, pneumatic separating channel for primary cleaning procedure, primary settling chamber, pneumatic separating channel for secondary cleaning procedure, second settling chamber, and fan. Pneumatic separating channel for primary cleaning procedure is made inclined and has common wall with feeding hopper. Discharge window of first settling chamber is connected to upper part of second settling chamber and arranged above output section of branch pipe connecting pneumatic separating channel for secondary cleaning process with second settling chamber. Fan is positioned within upper part of second settling chamber.
EFFECT: reduced sizes and metal usage, increased efficiency and improved separation quality.
