FIELD: powder metallurgy; railway transport; production of the ceramic-metal frictional alloys.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the powder metallurgy, in particular, to production of the ceramic-metal frictional alloy on the basis of iron. The ceramic-metal frictional alloy may be used in the assembly units of the friction clutch of the railway throwing mechanisms. The powder frictional alloy on the basis of iron contains (in mass %): stannum - 9-11; molybdenum disulfide - 1.5-2.5; silicon dioxide - 4-6; graphite - 8.5-9.5; lead - 1.5-2.5; iron - the rest. The technical result of the invention is the increased wear-resistance and improvement of the tribological characteristics in conditions of the heat-pulse friction.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased wear-resistance and the improved tribological characteristics in conditions of the heat-pulse friction.
