FIELD: non-woven roll material used for reinforcement of road coating.
SUBSTANCE: non-woven roll material has groups of longitudinal and transverse filaments defining multilayer structure and arranged at an angle to one another. Longitudinal and transverse filaments are held by means of binder and spaced apart from one another by predetermined gap. Group of longitudinal filaments is divided into at least three subgroups: upper, middle and lower. Group of transverse filaments is divided into two subgroups, with one subgroup of transverse filaments being laid between upper and middle subgroups of longitudinal filaments, and other subgroup of transverse filaments being laid between middle and lower subgroups of longitudinal filaments. Subgroups of transverse filaments are laid in offset relation in horizontal plane with respect to one another by one predetermined pitch between filaments of group.
EFFECT: increased strength of non-woven material without deteriorating flexibility of filaments.
