SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for both small-capacity watering and moistening of crops as well as for outsparying water solution of fertilisers and chemical pesticides. The device consists of a housing containing liquid and air delivery fixtures installed inside it. The housing has two sections, the lower section is placed on the base and supplied with a drain plug, the upper section has liquid and air delivery fixtures. The liquid delivery fixture is placed on the side wall of the upper section. The air delivery fixture is mounted in the bottom of the upper section. The upper section is hermetically sealed and equipped with inspection ports, detachable lid having a nipple for discharge of fog and carrying handles. The lower section is equipped with the drain plug.

EFFECT: production of water-and-air monodisperse medium for small-capacity watering and moistening of crops within efficient decrease of energy consumption.
