FIELD: the invention is used for controlling quality of installation of acoustics transformers on a metallic construction.

SUBSTANCE: the essence is in that a reference plane of amplitudes with dimension {n.n} is introduced (where n - a number of acoustics transformers), each of n acoustics transformer is in-series transferred into a radiation regime, maximal amplitudes of signals incoming on the acoustics transformers are defined and a matrix of real amplitudes of signals is composed, a number of errors E= {E1, E2...En}, (where E1 - a number of errors for i-acoustics transformer) for each acoustics transformer, the amplitudes of acoustics signals received at testing the construction are compared with the corresponding values of the amplitude of the reference plane and in case of complying with disparity aij<aij!, ( where aij - theamplitude of the measured acoustics signal registered in the i-line and in the j- column of the matrix; aij! - amplitude of the acoustics signal in i-the line and in the j-column of the reference plane), the number of errors Ei, Ej is increased on a unit, normalization of the errors is carried out (where Eimax is a maximal number of errors for the first i-acoustics transformer) the maximal value of the normalized error is chosen)and in the case if it prevails the threshold equal(0,05-0,1) it is considered that the transformer has a poor acoustics contact with the construction.

EFFECT: automation of the process of calibration of quality of installation of acoustics transformers, reduction of the preparation time of the structure to acoustics-emissive tests.
