FIELD: chemical industry; natural gas industry; petroleum industry; devices for separation of the gas-liquid mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for separation of the gas-liquid mixtures and may be used in petroleum industry, natural gas industry and a chemical industry. The screen-separator contains the vertical body with the gas-liquid mixture entrance fitting pipe, the fitting pipes for the gas and liquid withdrawal, the distributive box installed opposite to the gas-liquid mixture entrance fitting pipe. In the body above the gas-liquid mixture entrance fitting pipe there is the horizontal canvas, to which are connected the distributive box and the mounted in it coaxially screen-cartridge. Above the horizontal canvas there is the fine purification screen-cartridge. At that the internal cavities of the screen-cartridge and the fine purification screen-cartridge are connected among themselves by the hole, which has been made in the horizontal canvas. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the gas purification, trapping up to 100 % of the dropping liquid and the mechanical impurities of the size exceeding 1 micron, the ensured reliable operation of the apparatus.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the gas purification, trapping up to one hundred percent of the dropping liquid and the mechanical impurities having the size exceeding 1 micron, the reliable operation of the apparatus.
