FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and is intended for separation of gas-liquid mixtures and purification of fluid from moisture, liquid and mechanical inclusions. Gas-liquid separator comprises a hollow housing with a raw gas supply branch pipe, a cleaned gas discharge branch pipe, condensate collection and removal branch pipes opening into the housing cavity, and comprises two separation stages. In the first stage raw gas supply branch pipe there is a flow swirler of the first separation stage in the form of a screw, with a hollow central part, which is connected through the recirculation gas intake of the first separation stage to the condensate collection and removal pipe of the first stage. Cavity of the supply branch pipe in the area of the flow swirler of the first separation stage is connected to the cavity of the discharge pipe. In the outlet part of the first separation stage, with the formation of an annular conical gap between its outer wall and the inner wall of the pipe, a first separation stage diffuser is installed, cavity of which opens into the inlet cavity of the second separation stage, at the inlet of which there is a coil filter and a flow swirler of the second separation stage in the form of an auger with a hollow central part, which is connected through the recirculation gas intake of the second separation stage to the condensate collection and removal pipe of the second stage. Angle of ascent of the turns of the next auger is greater than the angle of ascent of the turns of the previous auger. In the outlet part of the second separation stage, with the formation of an annular conical gap between its outer wall and the inner wall of the pipe, a diffuser is installed, cavity of which opens into the separator purified gas discharge branch pipe.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of efficient operation of the gas-liquid separator in terms of efficiency, simplifies its design and increases the degree of fluid purification.
