FIELD: electromechanical vibration exciter is designed for creating powerful controlled oscillation efforts in large frequency range for vibration beds and seismic vibration sources.
SUBSTANCE: vibration exciter includes drive shaft 2 that may move in bearing assemblies 1. Shaft 2 has eccentric 3 formed as one piece with shaft in the form of collars. Said collars are symmetrically inclined by angle 7 - 10° relative to upper and lower sides of shaft mean portion with possibility of creating in limit positions regions of maximum eccentricity of eccentric and creating zero eccentricity in mean part of eccentric. V-shaped pushers 8, 9 are formed on inner part of tube piece 14. Upper portion of tube 14 is pressed into inner race 15 of power bearing assembly 16 whose outer race 17 is pressed into tubular connecting rod 18 coupled through movable spindle 19 with inert mass 20 mounted with possibility of motion in guides 21. Drive shaft 2 is provided with additional drive unit 22 for reciprocation motion of shaft in lengthwise direction.
EFFECT: possibility for stabilizing efforts of seismic oscillations created by vibration exciter in wide frequency range.
