METHOD AND THE DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURE OF THE MULTILAYER CANVAS MADE OUT OF THE FLEXIBLE SUBSTANCE SUCH AS THE PAPER AND THE NON-WOVEN FABRIC AND THE LAMINATE PRODUCED BY THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B31F1/07

Abstract RU 2299811 C2

FIELD: chemical industry; textile industry; other industries; methods and devices for manufacture of the multilayer canvas made out of the flexible substances.

SUBSTANCE: the invention provides, that the method of manufacture of the multilayer canvas consist in the layers bonding, which is carried out by means of two rollers for the adhesive agent application. At that each roller has the three-dimensional figure composed of the alternate relief and deepened sections on the figure corresponding to the form and the pattern of the indicated relief sections. At the first phase the adhesive agent is fed to the first canvas-forming flexible substance. Then make contact of the second canvas-forming flexible substance with the side of the first canvas-forming substance, on which the adhesive agent has been applied, in the additional clearance between one a pattern bearing roller forming layers and the pressure roller. At that one forming layers roller has the three-dimensional pattern composed out of the alternate relief and deepened sections with such a form and a configuration so that to apply the pressure to the combined the first and the second canvas-forming substances only in the just opposite some adhesive agent carrying sections of the first canvas-forming substance. At that one layers forming roller with the pattern is brought in rotation in exact coincidence with the first and-or the second roller for transmission of the adhesive agent. The presented invention also is pertaining to the multilayer product manufactured in compliance with the presented method. The present invention ensures formation of the multilayer canvas with the good strength and also absorption properties. Besides, the present invention allows to use the various patterns from the applied adhesive agent.

EFFECT: the invention ensures formation of the multilayer canvas with the good strength and also absorption properties and allows the usage of the various patterns from the applied adhesive agent.
