FIELD: processes and equipment for making laminate web of flexible material by cementing layers.
SUBSTANCE: method for making web of flexible material by cementing layers is realized with use of first roller with three-dimensional pattern of alternating protruded and recessed zones. Method comprises steps of providing contact of said roller with device for applying adhesive; applying adhesive onto first web-like flexible material in first gap according to pattern corresponding to configuration of relief zones apexes; selecting configuration of pattern of first roller in such a way that to apply adhesive onto first web-like flexible material at distributing it along the whole surface area for covering 0.03 - 9% of total area; creating contact of second web-like flexible material with that side of first web-like flexible material onto which adhesive is applied in second gap between second roller and pressure roller. Second roller has three-dimensional pattern of alternating protruded and recessed zones corresponding to pattern of first roller. Tension values of first and second flexible materials are practically the same when said materials are fed to second gap. First and second rollers have patterns strictly matched one with other that is why said materials are cemented one with other according to pattern corresponding to configuration of apexes of relief zones of first roller. Product of web-like material is also offered.
EFFECT: possibility for producing web material with good strength and absorption properties.
