FIELD: chemical industry; glass industry; production of the optical glass made out of the heteroelectric substance for manufacture of the optical band filters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to manufacture of the optical glass made out of the hetero electric substance. The optical glass made out of the hetero electric substance includes the transparent die, for example,SiO2, with the distributed in it nanoparticles of the semiconductor, for example, Ве2Те3, with the linear dimensions of much less than the lengths of the optical spectrum waves. The indicated nanoparticles have the form of the ellipsoids of revolution with the ratio of the lengths of the semi-minor axes (α) to the lengths of the semi-major axes (β) in the interval of 0.2-0.1 and are located in the die in the form of the cubic lattice with the density of the order of 0.1 volumetric shares. The technical result of the invention is the increased index of the glass light refraction.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased index of the glass light refraction.
