FIELD: oil extractive industry, in particular, extraction of heavy viscous oil, and also resin-paraffin containing oil.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of operation column with three groups of working apertures - upper, middle and lower, which are positioned, respectively, in front of upper oil formation, seam with content of moving water and lower oil formation, and also a pipeline represented by a column of tubing pipes, positioned inside the operation column. Pipeline is equipped with direct spring-loaded valve capable of sealing internal hollow of pipeline under pressure (calculated), exceeding the pressure of column of heavy viscous oil in it, additionally pipeline is provided with upper and lower reverse valves. Space between operation column and pipeline is divided above the upper oil formation, seam with moving water content, lower oil formation, by upper, middle and lower packers, respectively. Pipeline above the lower check valve is provided with cylinder of plunger pump with bypass channel. Plunger pump cylinder is connected to upper and lower oil formations through upper and lower working aperture groups by means of upper and lower check valves. Internal hollow of pipeline is connected to seam which contains moving water through the middle group of working apertures by means of direct spring-loaded valve and bypass channel. Pipeline under lower packer is provided with radial apertures and is supported by the face.
EFFECT: prevented contact of heat carrier with well products, increased efficiency of heating of extracted product in a well and lower heat carrier preparation costs.
