FIELD: oil production, particularly to produce heavy viscous and paraffin-resin crude oil.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises production string with working orifices and pipeline. Pipeline is arranged inside production string in well penetrating oil-bearing reservoir and water-bearing layer. The pipeline is provided with spring-loaded one-way valve and check valve. Working orifices are aggregated in two groups, namely in upper and lower ones. The working orifice groups are opposite to oil-bearing reservoir and water-bearing layer correspondingly. Space between production string and pipeline is separated over oil-bearing reservoir and water-bearing layer with upper and lower packers correspondingly. Pipeline includes plunger pump cylinder with bypass channel located over spring-loaded one-way valve. Plunger pump cylinder communicates with oil-bearing reservoir through upper working orifice group by means of check valve as heated oil is transferred to day surface. Pipeline interior is communicated with water-bearing layer through lower working orifice group by means of spring-loaded one-way valve and bypass channel as heat-carrier is injected in water-bearing layer.
EFFECT: prevention of heat-carrier contact with well product, increased efficiency of product heating inside well and decreased heat-carrier preconditioning costs.
