FIELD: test engineering.
SUBSTANCE: arrangement comprises device for lying pipes, frame, bearings, systems for driving and pressurizing, and movable and unmovable plugs. The side load-bearing plates are mounted on both sides of the frame. The bottom racks of the transmission engage the teeth of the driving-locking sprockets that permit the movable plug to move together with mandrel and the pipe to be tested. The top racks are mounted on the top of the side plates and permit the movable plug to be locked. The movable plug is provided with through openings for the locks and arranged so that the locks pass between the teeth of the sprockets and are secured to the carriage of the movable bearing provided with the driving system that moves along the rails provided along the arrangement. The mandrel is provided with rollers made of a flexible material. The sealing members of the movable and unmovable plugs are set in yoke locks.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of testing.
