FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises injecting at least one type of fuel, preliminary heating of one of the oxygen flows, and burning the fuel in two zones of the torch. At the entrance to the first zone, deficiency of fuel is provided. In the second zone the ratio of the fuel to oxygen is maintained stoichiometric. Prior to injecting, solid admixtures are removed from oxygen and fuel. The cleaned oxygen is heated and injected into the flow of fuel at the initial section of the torch. The fuel flow is simultaneously branched at least into two flows. The first uncooled fuel flow is supplied to the inner space of the oxygen flow and is burnt with an excess of oxygen at the initial section of the torch. The second fuel flow is cooled, and the cooled fuel flow is supplied to the second zone of the torch. The device comprises block provided with at least one opening for injecting oxygen, at least one opening for injecting of cooled fuel flow, fuel and oxygen analyzers, units for connecting, measuring, and control of the fuel and oxygen flow rates, controlled cocks, heat exchangers or vortex pipes, or throttles, temperature gages, pressure regulators, and pipelines.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
