FIELD: electrical engineering; niobium monoxide based powder, sintered niobium material, niobium monoxide powder capacitor and its manufacturing process.
SUBSTANCE: niobium monoxide powder is presented by formula NbOx, where x amounts to 0.8 - 1.2, and can incorporate other elements in the amount of 50 to 200 000 parts by mass per million; bulk density of powder is 0.5 to 2.5 g/ml with mean particle size of 10 to 1000 μm. Capacitor made of niobium monoxide powder is obtained by sintering above-mentioned niobium monoxide powder characterized in several maximums in distribution of diameters of pores disposed within range between 0.01 and 500 μm. Best powder is that having two maximums in pore diameter distribution. Mentioned capacitor can be used for manufacturing electronic circuit and electronic device.
EFFECT: reduced equivalent series resistance, enhanced moisture resistance.
