FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to making capacitors based on niobium suboxide NbOx powder, where 0.7 < x < 1.3, which, before moulding, is mixed with powder of a valve metal - niobium. A powder is also proposed for making an anode for a solid-electrolyte capacitor, consisting of tertiary agglomerated particles, which are agglomerates from primary and/or secondary particles of niobium suboxide and primary and/or secondary particles of niobium metal, which after pressed into a work piece to density of 2.8 g/cm3 has compression strength of over 2 kg. The anode for a solid-electrolyte capacitor has a spongy sintered structure with breaking strength of the wire of the anode material of over 2 kg.
EFFECT: improved flow rate of powder when making anodes for capacitors based on niobium suboxide, with high compression strength at relatively low sintering temperature.
