SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes formula component preparation, namely beef cutting and roasting in melt butter; onion cutting and roasting in melt butter; potato and celery root cutting and blanching; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; dried prune cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with tomato paste, table salt black pepper, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture and bone broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
