SUBSTANCE: the present new canned food should be manufactured due to soaking wheat bread in drinking water to be chopped then, the prepared beef, beef raw fat and onions should be chopped; the above-mentioned components should be mixed with common salt and hot black pepper to obtain the stuffing to form it. The prepared new white cabbage should be chopped and frozen to obtain the garnish. Then it is necessary to pack the cutlets, the garnish, and grease followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to obtain new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
