FIELD: beverage preparing process, in particular, tea beverage free of visible non-solved beverage extract.
SUBSTANCE: method involves steps of heating beverage extract in beverage brewing apparatus to temperature of from about 75 C to about 90 C by providing contacting of beverage extract with heating means placed into beverage extract for producing of heated beverage extract; mixing heated beverage extract with heated solvent for producing of needed beverage. Heating means is heated by electric current, or heated solvent, or both of said current and said heated solvent.
EFFECT: improved quality of beverage by providing elimination of visible non-solved beverage extract.
