FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. A method for obtaining a concentrated solution with a high content of steviol-glycosides is proposed, according to which a solvent consisting of glycerin or glycerin and propylene glycol is heated to obtain a heated solvent. A steviol-glycoside mixture is added to a heated solvent and mixing to obtain a transparent concentrate. The transparent concentrate is cooled.
EFFECT: invention provides for the production of concentrated solutions that are stable, and they can be used to produce syrups for the preparation of beverages.
