FIELD: medicine, experimental occupational pathology.
SUBSTANCE: in modeling the chronic fluorine osteopathy created by every day administration of sodium fluoride with drinking water in the dose 3.5 mg/kg method involves simultaneous administration of biologically active supplement "ALKA-Mine" in the dose 2-4 mg/kg of body mass of experimental animal. Method provides decreasing degradation of osseous tissue and elimination of fluorine from body based on optimal mineral composition of biologically active supplement proposed. Invention can be used in prophylaxis of chronic fluorine osteopathy.
EFFECT: improved method of prophylaxis.
