SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended to substantiate, with the help of marker laboratory indicators, negative biomedical effects in children exposed to fluoride compounds. Samples of urine and blood are taken and the content of fluoride ion is determined in the urine, and in the blood – the levels of laboratory indicators, quantitative assessment of the relationship between changes in laboratory parameters relative to the physiological norm is made and the formula calculates the probability of deviation from the physiological norm at an elevated, relative reference level, content of fluoride ion in the urine. Connection is considered to be justified with the simultaneous content in the urine of the fluoride ion of more than 0.20 mg/dm3, in the presence of deviations from the physiological norm of all laboratory indicators and the quantitative value of the total probability P>0.05.

EFFECT: method allows to justify the occurrence in children of a disease associated with the bone system associated with the aerogenic exposure of fluoride compounds.
