FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to hematology, biochemistry, implantology, and can be used for evaluation of integration of osteosubstitution material in experiment. In the peripheral blood of the experimental rabbit animal on 45th day after implantation of the augment, values of concentration of C-terminal telopeptides of type I collagen, osteocalcin concentration and leukocyte count are determined. An osteointegration index is calculated by the IOL formula = 1.02663-0.42041×CTT + 0.19513×OC-0.67896×LC, where IOL - osteointegration index; CTT is concentration of C-terminal telopeptides, ng/ml; OC - concentration of osteocalcin, ng/ml; LC - number of leukocytes in peripheral blood, ×10-9/l. With the value of IOL ≥ 0.5 shows the successful osteointegration of implant for 45 days from the moment of augmentation.
EFFECT: method enables the objective assessment of the dynamics of the osteoreparative process on peripheral blood samples of small volume in experimental rabbit animals by performing haematological analysis of peripheral venous blood from peripheral vein of rabbit ear on 45th day after implantation of the augment with determining the number of leukocytes in it, obtaining blood serum and determining the concentration of C-terminal telopeptides of type I collagen and osteocalcin by an enzyme immunoassay, which reflect the activity of osteorecorrection, osteogenesis, as well as the level of the inflammatory reaction.
