FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves detecting painful blocked vertebral motor segments and inactivating them in interspinous spaces zone. Then, manual dynamic treatment is consequently applied to zone of transverse processes of these segments, beginning from the segment distinguished with the most expressed pain syndrome. Directed active myofascial trigger points inactivation is carried out, first those located on the convex side of lower half and then on the concave side of the upper half of the main pathological bend of the vertebral column arch. Next to it, dorsal muscles electrostimulation is carried out first in the area of the concave side of lower half, and then of the convex side of upper arch half.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in preventing deformity relapse and eliminating muscles hypotonia and neurologic deficiency.
