FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves gradually intensifying finger pressure applied to transverse process of rotated vertebra in the rotation direction until antagonist rotator muscle stress manifests itself. Then, rotation direction is abruptly changed to the counter rotation by changing finger position on the transverse process for spinous one with concurrent push action applied to the spinous process and the second transverse process of the rotated vertebra until the rotation is cancelled. It causes rotator muscles to participate in the rotation elimination. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 3 dwg
