SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods of organism recovery by manual relief of painful myofascial verteboneurological syndromes. Disclosed is a method for health-enhancing exposure on the human body, involving diagnosing a patient and straightening the spine with manual techniques by striking the spinous processes of the spinal column to uniform distribution thereof both along the length of the spinal column and relative to the longitudinal axis, characterized by that the recovery is carried out in three consecutive steps. At the first stage, the painful myofascial syndromes (MFS) of the lumbar region and the lower extremity belt are eliminated. At the second stage, painful MFS of the interscapular area and upper extremity belt are eliminated. At the third stage, the painful MFS neck area and the trapezoid area are eliminated in the patient lying on the abdomen with head resting on the forehead. At all stages of health-improving effect, correction is performed by applying manipulation shocks with ulnar border of right hand with point of application on back surface of distal phalanx of II finger of left hand, installed between spinous processes of corrected SMS.
EFFECT: use of the given invention allows for myofascial pain reduction within 1-2 sessions and achieving a significant and stable health-improving effect.
