FIELD: manufacture of casting with equiaxial structure by precise casting with use of investment patterns in vacuum.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes melting chamber with lids; melting crucible with inductor; loading - unloading mechanism of crucible; induction furnace for heating mold with heating member. Melting crucible has bottom draining and it is provided with stopper. Melting crucible, stopper moving mechanism, induction furnace for heating mold and mechanism for moving mold are mounted on one lid and they form melting-pouring unit. Heating member of induction furnace is made of nickel alloy in order to increase useful-life period of apparatus.
EFFECT: shortened time period for preparing apparatus for melting, simplified design, improved efficiency of apparatus.
