SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry engineering. The device for producing castings with a directional and single-crystal structure contains a melting chamber and a cylindrical nozzle in which a container for crystallization of castings is placed. The melting chamber contains an induction melting furnace (3), a mold heating furnace, a mold moving mechanism, a thermal insulation screen (15) separating the crystallization zone, made sliding in a horizontal plane. The upper part (20) of the container for crystallization of castings is made in the form of a cooled shell, the height of which is 20-30% of the height of the specified container. The mold heating furnace contains a heater, the ratio of the length of the heater to its width is 2:(1-1.2), and the ratio of the height of the heater to its length is 2:(1-0.7).

EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the casting microporosity, the dispersed structure of the heat-resistant alloy over the entire height of large-sized castings, an increase in the yield of suitable, a reduction in the dimensions of the device for producing large-sized castings and an increase in the reliability of the casting process.
