FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the foundry and can be used for founding of parts with granular structure, for instance for receiving of disc blanks, operating wheels and nozzle apparatus from nickel alloys. Method includes melting of charge in melting inductor and pouring of mould by melt in induction furnace of mould heating. Charge is molten at temperature higher than liquidus temperature of blank for 10-20°C. Received melt is poured out into thermostat-collector and isolated during 2-5 min at temperature equal to the temperature of charge melting in melting inductor. In induction furnace it is kept temperature for 100-200°C lower than solidus temperature of charge.

EFFECT: increasing of level of alloy mechanical properties and durability of received ingots.
