FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: vacuum installation for casting castings of blades with a directional and monocrystalline structure contains a melting chamber and a sluice chamber, hermetically sealed through a vacuum seal with detachable connections. The melting chamber contains a melting crucible, a mould heating furnace, and a liquid metal crystallizer, which is in contact with a cooled copper table (16) with internal cooled cavities located in the melting chamber. The mechanism for vertical movement of moulds is located on the melting chamber. Guide rails are attached to the brackets to move the carriage with the block of moulds from the airlock chamber to the melting chamber and back. The mechanism of vertical movement of the cooled lifting table with a sensor (17) for positioning the said table relative to the liquid metal mould, made protruding above the plane of the lifting cooled table (16), ensures contact of the cooled lifting table with the crystallizer over a contact area of at least 0.75 of the surface area of the bottom of the liquid metal crystallizer.

EFFECT: it is possible to obtain castings with a directional and monocrystalline structure with a size of up to 300 mm.
