FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely manufacture of highly porous permeable cellular materials.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing suspension of mixture of metallic powders. Composition and percentage content of components of said mixture correspond to produced alloys in solution of organic matter. Prepared suspension is applied onto porous polymeric material. Then organic matters are removed in reduction atmosphere or in vacuum at temperature 150 - 700°C at heating rate 100 - 200 °C/s. Produced blank is sintered at soaking it for 1 - 4 h at temperature 800 - 1250°C.
EFFECT: possibility for producing predetermined-content alloy with preset properties.
