FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of three-way pipe with bracket of vehicle air brake main line. Proposed three-way pipe consists of housing with space and bracket for fastening on freight car frame and it is provided with threaded branch pipes. One branch pipe serves to connect space with air distributor circuit and two other brake pipes are used to connect space with brake main air line. Three-way pipe is furnished with V-shaped protective pocket formed by wall of housing and wall of conical insert with inlet hole pressed by labyrinth unit passing air from brake main line into air distributor pipe line. Air distributor is provided with holes arranged at angle to inlet of pipeline of air distributor.
EFFECT: increased reliability of connection of air brake main line and protection of air distributor from moisture and foreign matter especially when dumping freight cars.
